Challenge - the end user and whitelist entries

End users get emails - not only system administrators. So end user should also  add whitelist and blacklist entries to the SPAM-recognition system themselves. But how ? Should they edit end-user adverse local.cf with an sophisticated unix editor and break the system ? Or should they use a maybe existing front end for customizing the complete system ? No. They should use a easy and common interface for doing only  there job - not less or more. You can do this by integrate a simple and small unix shell script to WebCFG and give your end user quickly a web front end - and this all without writing any line of HTML-code.
